Board of Commisioners

The Board of Commissioners is the IPC's organ that oversees the policies of the Board of Directors and provides advice to the Directors in carrying out its management duties.

Djadmiko - Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, born in Magelang, February 3, 1955 (62 years old), domiciled in Jakarta. Served as Commissioner based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-40 / MBU / 03/2016 dated March 1, 2016. Currently there are no concurrent positions in the IPC environment.

Education

He obtained his Bachelor of State Administration from LAN College of Administrative Sciences, Jakarta, in 1985 and his Master of Social Science in Development Finance at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1988.

Career

He was Head of the Budgeting Subdivision Section of the Directorate General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance (1990-1991), Head of the Equipment and Internal Affairs Section at the Secretariat of the Office of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Wasbang (1991-1993), Head of the Protocol and Trials Section at the Office of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Wasbang ( 1993-1995), Assistant Deputy for Export Improvement, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (2007-2009), Expert Staff for Investment and Public-Private Partnerships, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (2009-2011), Deputy for Administrative Affairs, Cabinet Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia ( 2011-2015), Head of the Indonesian National Single Window (PPINSW) Portal Management Unit for the Ministry of Finance (2015-present).

Has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners or the Majority and Controlling Shareholders. Has no share ownership in IPC.

Nurrachman - Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Born in Klaten, 10 November 1968, domiciled in Jakarta. appointed as an Independent Commissioner based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-391/MBU/12/2020. Currently, there are no concurrent positions in the IPC environment.

Education

Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Then completed his Master of Management education at STIE Trianandra, Klaten.

Career

Previously served as Managing Director at PT Watertec Amandira, Business Chairman of Adyawinsa Group Companies. Prior to serving as an Independent Commissioner of IPC, he was an Independent Commissioner at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2015-2018) and PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (2018-2020).

Has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or the Majority and Controlling Shareholders. Has no share ownership in IPC.

D. Andhi Nirwanto - Commisioner

Indonesian citizen, born in Kudus, Central Java, January 8, 1956 (62 years old), domiciled in Jakarta. Served as Commissioner based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-215 / MBU / 10/2017 dated October 4, 2017. There are currently no concurrent positions in the IPC environment.

Education

Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of August 17, 1945, Semarang, 1979, Masters in International Management from the Indonesian Business Institute (BII), Jakarta in 1998, Doctor of Law from Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 2015.

Career

Having worked as a Prosecutor for 35 years with positions including: East Kalimantan Prosecutor (2006-2008), DKI Jakarta Prosecutor (2008-2009), Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (2011-2013), Deputy Attorney General (2013-2016) , Acting Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (2014). He is currently a Senior Advisor of Santosa Hospital, Bandung (2016-present), Commissioner of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2017-present), Lecturer of the UNTAG Masters / Doctoral Law Program, Semarang (2015-present).

Has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners or the Majority and Controlling Shareholders. Has no share ownership in IPC.

Training

In 2017, the training included Expand Leadership Development Institute (CLDI) in Bali.
 

R. Agus H. Purnomo - Commisioner

Indonesian citizen, born in Sleman, Central Java, August 24, 1961 (56 years old), domiciled in Jakarta. Appointed as Commissioner based on a Decree of the Minister of SOE No. SK-26 / MBU / 01/2018 dated January 22, 2018. Currently he does not have multiple positions in the company.

Education
He earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, Surabaya, in 1985 and a Masters in Management from STIE Arta Bodhi Iswara, in 2008.

Career
His career began in 1985-2012 at PT Barata Indonesia. His last career was CEO (2008-2012), CEO of PT INKA (Persero) (2012-2017), Director General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation (2017-present).

Training
