Lighten Burden of Residents, IPC and Port Authority Distribute 1500 Food Packages

Jakarta, May 13, 2020 - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC and the Tanjung Priok Port Authority (OP) distributed as many as 1,500 basic food packages to the public at 5 points around the Port of Tanjung Priok. Follow the COVID-19 Protocol, IPC Distributes 30 Thousand Groceries via E-voucher

Jakarta, 2 May 2020 - The impact of the Covid pandemic -19 was felt by all elements of the community, including by the loading and unloading workers (TKBM) at the port. In response to this, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC distributed thousands of "Tanda Cinta IPC" food packages in the form of e-vouchers for TKBM in branches of the IPC work area. The distribution of 1,073 e-voucher packages this time is phase I and will be continued with phase II at a later time in May 2020 with a total of 30 thousand Tanda Cinta packages for the community and TKBM.

IPC recorded an increase in net profit in 2019

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC recorded an increase in the company's net profit in 2019 by Rp. 2.503 trillion. This figure increased by Rp. 73.1 billion or 3% compared to the acquisition in 2018, which reached Rp. 2.43 trillion rupiahs. Meanwhile, operating income reached Rp. 11.14 Trillion, or down 2.5% compared to 2018 operating income of Rp. 11.43 trillion.

Prohibition of homecoming, IPC is ready to stop service at the Priok Passenger Terminal

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC is ready to temporarily stop the services of all passenger terminals, following a policy of prohibition of going home as an effort to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). IPC continues to coordinate with the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) through the Port Syahbandar to implement the rules prohibiting the use of sea transportation for going home, especially at the Port.

Thousands of Masks and Food Packages Distributed to the Port

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) / IPC in synergy with the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the Indonesian Forwarders Logistics Association (ILFA) again distributed thousands of non-medical masks along with food in the port area. This activity is a follow-up to the 'Mask for Good' program which began three days earlier. This time, as many as 3,000 cloth masks and 1,500 food packages were distributed to Unloading Workers (TKBM), truck drivers, and other workers who were active in the Tanjung Priok Port area.
