Whistleblowing System (WBS), or IPC Bersih, was introduced to strengthen the implementation in order to provide an opportunity for all IPC employees and other stakeholders to be able to submit reports on indications of violation of applicable ethical values, based on reliable and well-informed evidences.

Whistleblowing System (WBS), or IPC Bersih, was introduced to strengthen the implementation in order to provide an opportunity for all IPC employees and other stakeholders to be able to submit reports on indications of violation of applicable ethical values, based on reliable and well-informed evidences.

Through this system IPC employees or stakeholders who report will be given protection both in terms of identity confidentiality or the possibility of countermeasures by the reported party. IPC views that the incoming reports will greatly help create a favorable working environment for interaction and transactions as well as to help IPC to minimize fraud, corruption, theft, violation of Company policies and regulations, conflict of interests, bribery/gratuities, embezzlement, fraud, and extortion.
